  • Proper Sleep – Make sure to go to sleep early and have enough sleep. Like eating and physical activity, another thing that will keep you healthy is getting a peaceful sleep and enough sleep that is recommended. Once you get habitual of sleeping early, it will improve your mind and let you stay positive. You won’t feel any drudgery at the workplace.
  • Don’t smoke – Well, we all know smoking is injurious but the inclination towards smoking is so high that people find it hard to leave this habit but this is not impossible. Smoking has a negative impact on the lungs. You can always resort to other things if you feel like smoking and eventually, your brain will stop thinking about such a thought.   • Get time for yourself – Before going to sleep, make sure to connect with yourself. This will increase your creativity and energy.
